Daily, destinies are aborted or strangulated. But for you: your destiny will not be aborted. The grace of God will be sufficient for your future. Today your frustration has ended
In the battle of life, joy is an indispensable weapon. In the race of destiny, joyfulness is an essential tonic.
Psalm 132:16
The priests of God are carriers of salvation. The saints can only connect it if they are full of joy.
Psalm 12 vs 3, with joy shall you draw water!
Joy is the fetcher, no matter how good the water is, no matter how full the well is, to forget to go to well without the fetcher is to waster your time and energy.
Coming to God without joy is a waster of time.
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. Joy is the sickle, that you’ll use to harvest.
No joy, No harvest!
Acts 16: 25
They prayed in the midnight, they sowed forth their joy by praises to take the delivery of their answers.
They were not weeping in their trials! They sand and the prison doors opened, the chains disappear.
It’s your sorrowfulness that is still keeping the door locked. That problem is not going to go until you begin to rejoice.
The wall of Jericho did not fall until they shouted. They made a joyful noise of victory before they saw the backside of the enemy.

- Laughter helps to take care of anger and anxiety.
- Laughter has all the benefits of mild exercise. Abdominal, facial and respiratory muscles are exercised.
That’s why after a long boil of laughter you may be tired. It’s like jogging.
