But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.” (2 Timothy 2:10-21)
One of the greatest trick of Satan is to deceive us that women are bad, negative and of no use. They cannot make any meaningful impact in life. God cannot use them. But we need to emphasize and re-emphasize that God is no respecter of persons. As He uses men, He also uses women. All women who surrender their lives to Christ and meet the criteria can be useful instruments in the hand of the Lord in the church, home and the world at large. Women have a lot of potentials in-built in them by God. If they can recognize these potentials and rise up in faith, God will use them to accomplish His purpose on earth.

B. Why Using Women?
These are reasons why God chooses to use women today. Remember, if God did not use you, Satan or your flesh will do.
- Women are more caring, loving and compassionate than men.
- Women can pray better than men.
- Women form higher percentage of population after children
- It is a wonderful privilege
- There are many peculiar problems that men cannot really handle.
- He wants to bless and promote you.
- He wants to reward you here and hereafter
- It is a mark of His great love.
C. Qualities Of The Woman That God Will Use
God desires and demands some qualities in the woman He will use. He loves to deal with them and enable them to overcome some of their personal deficiencies and problems that can hinder His usage of them (I Chro. 16:9)
- A soundly saved woman – John 3:1-7
- Woman of transparent godliness -I Thess. 2:10, Heb. 7:25-26
- A growing and glowing woman.
- A woman of positive attitudes
- A praying and faithful woman.
- A heaven-conscious and humble woman.
- A woman of love, compassion and devotion.
- A woman willing to take risk for God.
